Privacy Policy

Zagros Management is an internal business app used by the staff of Zagros to manage manufacturing orders. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and who can see it.
In short: everything the app collects is work data, stored on our own server and used only to run the business. We do not sell data, we do not show ads, and we do not use any analytics or tracking services.
Who this app is for
The app is available only to authorized employees. Accounts are created by a company administrator; there is no public sign-up. If you do not have credentials, the app is not intended for you.
What we collect
- Your account. Username, display name, job role, assigned branch, and your password (stored in encrypted form — we never see it in plain text).
- Work you record. Customer names, phone numbers and addresses; project and order details; measurements, prices, handoff notes, approvals and refusals. This information is about our customers and is entered by staff in the normal course of business.
- Photos, videos and files you attach to an order, together with any audio recorded as part of a video.
- Project site location. When a measurer taps the map to mark a project's site, the app may use your device's location to centre the map. Only the site coordinates you choose are saved — the app does not follow you and never uses location in the background.
- Technical data. A sign-in token stored securely on your device, and an offline copy of your work stored on the device so the app keeps working without a connection.
Device permissions
- Camera and microphone — to photograph or record on-site measurements.
- Photo library — to attach an existing photo or video to an order.
- Location, while using the app — to mark a project's site on the map.
Each permission is requested only when you first use the feature that needs it, and you can decline or revoke it in iOS Settings. Declining only disables that feature.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade any data.
- We do not show advertising.
- We do not use analytics, crash-reporting or marketing SDKs.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Who else is involved
The app talks to our own server. The only other service it contacts is OpenStreetMap, which supplies the map images; loading a map sends your device's IP address and the map area being viewed to OpenStreetMap. We may also share data where the law requires it.
Where data is stored and how it is protected
Work data is stored on our own server. All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted with HTTPS, and your sign-in token is held in the iOS Keychain. Access is controlled by role and branch, so staff see only the work that is theirs.
How long we keep it
Order and customer records are kept for as long as we need them as business records. Removing the app from your device deletes the offline copy stored there; it does not delete records on the server.
Your choices
To correct or delete information, or to have an account closed, contact your company administrator or email us at the address below. Requests about a customer's own information are handled by the company that holds the record.
Children
The app is a workplace tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
